  3. Washing: The apparel must not have been washed or altered to be eligible for a return.
  4. Stains or Mishaps: Any product with stains or damage caused by the customer will not be valid for return or exchange.
  5. Customized Parcels: Please note that customized products, specifically manufactured for you, cannot be returned or exchanged.
  6. Return Shipment Costs: Free return shipment costs.
  7. Damages and issues (Defective Products): Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For our defective products, the return is free shipping
  8. Providing Tracking Information: Once you receive your return’s ID or tracking number, please promptly share this information with our customer support team.
